My Weight Loss Montage from week 0-5 showing the difference in my body each week. Overall I lost 5.5 lbs, 17 beats per minute (heart rate) and 3% body fat.

Although I only lost 5 lbs the results are AMAZING! Can you believe your eyes?

    wow u just inspired me to work out again ive been going to the gym the pass 3 weeks and i havent gotten any result not even a pound instead i gained a pound and i guess im just doing something wrong, you should make a video of what kinda work out you did :] thanks for posting up the video, you proved that hard work can pay off :]

    diet drinks are many times just as bad or worse than there non diet counter parts, I have been in to nutrition for years, one thing that should be included in this list is eliminate as many chemicals from processed foods as possible that would mean ditching the advice about the diet drinks being ok, also many diary products are laden with toxic matter fromt he horrific abuse towards the animals, point is just eat
