    Good luck man so far ive been on it for 2 months and lost over 30 pounds but i also have been lifitng weights so i belive ive lost far more but yet gained from weight lifiting i just stick to buffalo wings, taco salad and turkey with ranch dressing may seem weird to some but hey you can eat good food and lose weight doing it.. so gl man wish you tha best of luck wish me luck of my 80 pound goal
