    I’m not really sure what Obaid Karki means when he says that diabetes should not be viewed as a disease, but it’s a new world and everyone has the right to their own opinion, so I will leave his response to my video. my opinion and scientific studies have shown that a diet of low glycemic foods and regular exercise can reduce or eliminate the need for insulin to treat type 2 diabetes. This can also impact caloric intake and that will impact weight loss.
